Breeze House

Exterior visualization project of a single-family home with pool area and porch, developed from 2D plans and technical documentation from the architecture studio.

The work includes the complete modeling of the house and outdoor spaces, precisely defining volumes, overhangs, metal pergolas, enclosures, and connections between materials such as stone cladding, continuous plastering, and carpentry. Special attention has been paid to constructive coherence and the realistic reading of details.

The environment—vegetation, garden, pool, outdoor furniture, and perimeter enclosures—has been entirely created in 3D, allowing total control over composition, scale, and the relationship between architecture and landscape. The lighting has been designed in a daytime scenario, working with defined shadows and light bounces to reinforce depth and naturalness.

The images aim to convey not only the architecture but also the actual use of the outdoor space, integrating the sitting area, dining area, and bathing area as part of a livable and believable scene.

The final phase is completed with post-production in Photoshop, adjusting atmosphere, contrast, and colorimetry to achieve a clean, balanced result oriented towards commercial presentation.
