A series of images created for the presentation of a single-story single-family home featuring contemporary Mediterranean architecture.
The project combines clean, simple forms with sloped roofs and warm materials such as white stucco, traditional ceramics, and wood-toned trim. The interior–exterior relationship becomes the central focus, with covered porches that extend the home’s functionality into the garden.
Visualization Approach
The images are conceived with a clear commercial purpose: to show how the home is lived in.
Priority is given to:
- The direct connection between the living room and the outdoors.
- The continuity of the ceramic flooring onto the terrace.
- The actual use of the spaces (living area, outdoor dining area, pool).
- The domestic scale through the integration of people and furniture.
The goal is not only to represent the architecture but to anticipate the end-user’s experience.
Technical Development
The model was built from 2D plans, adjusting proportions, joints, and construction solutions specific to this type of home.
Special attention was given to:
- Ceramic materials with controlled tonal variation to avoid monotony.
- Definition of joints and tiles in outdoor flooring.
- Integration of Mediterranean vegetation with a natural layout.
- Outdoor lighting consistent with natural sunlight.
Light plays a key role: the goal is clean, recognizable, and believable lighting, avoiding dramatics and prioritizing a clear interpretation of materials and volumes.
Result
Images designed for real estate marketing and project presentations, where the architecture is perceived as approachable, livable, and cohesive.
