The goal of the project was to present the club’s renovation proposal to members for approval, a key step in qualifying for a concession extension from the current management. The main challenge was that isolated images of interior spaces (bathrooms, offices, etc.) did not convey the true scope of the project or allow for an understanding of its overall impact.
To address this, the room layouts were developed using an interactive landing page that allows each space to be located on a floor plan. This way, the user not only sees the images but also understands how they fit into the overall design.
The 3D visualization, combined with this interactive presentation, transforms the perception of the project: it provides context, improves understanding, and facilitates decision-making, turning a technical proposal into a real validation tool for partners.
