Single-Family Home Renovation

Exterior architectural visualization

Series of images developed for the presentation of the comprehensive renovation of a two-story single-family home. The project transforms the original construction through a volumetric and material update that gives it a contemporary, clean, and timeless look.

The intervention redefines facades, overhangs, and terraces, incorporating new natural stone cladding, exterior insulation systems, and glass railings that modernize the image of the complex without losing structural coherence.

Work process

The modeling was done entirely in 3D based on 2D plans of the renovation project. The proposed state after the intervention was digitally reconstructed, adjusting:

  • Actual thicknesses of the enclosure.
  • Integration of added elements (terraces, overhangs, carpentry).
  • Precise layout of openings and proportions.

The environment was also developed in 3D to ensure consistency in lighting, shadows, and reflections.

The lighting was designed with a physically calibrated Sky Texture node, seeking a natural atmosphere geared towards residential marketing.

Human figures and everyday elements provide scale and help to visualize the actual use after the renovation.

Final post-production in Photoshop for fine-tuning contrast, depth, and color balance.

The goal: to clearly show the potential of the transformation before executing it.
