Exterior visualization project of a detached single-family home, developed from 2D plans and technical project documentation.

The work begins with the complete modeling of the architecture, defining pure volumes, overhangs, metal pergolas, and material junctions with construction precision. Continuous cladding, carpentry, lattices, and details such as the pool and landscaping have been carefully worked on to ensure coherence and realism.

The exterior environment has been entirely created in 3D, including vegetation, enclosures, and context, with the aim of controlling composition and the incidence of natural light. The lighting is designed in a daytime key, seeking defined shadows that reinforce volumetry and spatial depth.

Furniture and vegetation elements have been incorporated to provide scale and convey real use of the exterior space.

The final phase includes post-production in Photoshop, adjusting colorimetry, contrast, and small atmospheric nuances to achieve a clean, balanced image focused on commercial presentation.
